Docs: drop intro blurb and use real account examples

Browse source 
Remove the top intro paragraph and the Emacs version note from the
README, and update the efinger-accounts examples to the two accounts
actually used, labelling the personal one "Andros".

Efinger lets you keep a list of accounts and browse their `.plan` files from a two-pane interface, the same way you follow feeds in Elfeed.
