python-ts-mode: Improve fontification

python--treesit-settings: Fontification based on selectors & code-conventions

- Constructor: Fontified as type, not function-call.
- Typed default parameters
- Fontify kwargs in function calls as property-use. Differentiate from
  variable-use (passed in arguments)
