* doc/emacs/killing.texi (Deletion): Document negative prefix arg to M-SPC.
* doc/emacs/regs.texi (Text Registers): C-x r i does not activate the mark.
(Bookmarks): Document new default bookmark location.

Resection the Killing chapter in the Emacs manual.
