Andros Fenollosa 849566a228 Bump version to 2.2.0 
- Scripts in HTML responses now execute with 'el' and 'this' bound to
  the target element, removing the need for global DOM selectors
- el.__cleanup() is called before replacing or removing an element,
  allowing cleanup of timers, observers, and library instances
- Script extraction uses DOMParser instead of regex
