Andros Fenollosa 5377d3dc00 Refactor CSS with warm gold color scheme and comprehensive design system 
Replace brown accent with vibrant gold (#FFD36B), implement warm near-black background (#0F0E0D), add CSS design tokens for colors/typography/spacing/shadows, enhance accessibility with focus states, improve heading hierarchy, add responsive tables and print styles, consolidate syntax highlighting classes, and increase code readability.
